Complex Care Support Worker
We’re looking for a kind, reliable, and positive person to join our friendly team in a long-term role.
Support a lovely client in her own home who enjoys music, creativity, and tennis, helping with daily care and supporting her to live well.
Role Includes:
- Personal care
- Complex care (tracheotomy, catheter, medication)
- Physiotherapy & social activities
- Working in a 2:1 team
Shifts (rota)
- Day: 9am–9pm
- Awake Night: 9pm–9am
- Sleeping Night: 9pm–9am
(Must cover all shifts)
Rates of Pay:
£17.50 per hour - Days (Mon - Fri)
£18.50 per hour - Days (Sat - Sun)
£18.50 per hour - Awake night (Mon - Fri)
£19.50 per hour - Awake night (Sat - Sun)
£10.75 - per hour - Sleeping night (Mon - Sun)
£13.00 - per hour - Training rate
You Must:
- Speak clear English
- Be caring, reliable & detail-focused
- Have some care experience (preferred, training given)
- Be a non-smoker/non-vaper
- Be up to date with Flu vaccines
