Production Operative-Permanent Position
Salary starting from £36,000 per year
We are currently looking for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing company based in Burton-on-Trent.
This is a permanent role offering excellent earning potential, overtime opportunities, bonus scheme, and real career progression.
Main Duties:
- Working on a busy production line
- Operating machinery and production equipment
- Quality checking finished products
- Loading materials onto the line
- Packing and preparing products for dispatch
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Keeping the work area clean and organised
Requirements:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Flexible to work rotating days and nights
- Good communication skills and able to work well within a team
Shift Pattern:
Rotating day and night shifts
Monday to Thursday
