We are looking for an experienced, friendly and hardworking Waiter/Bartender to join our team at The Brunswick Arms.
This is a fast-paced role where excellent customer service, confidence behind the bar and strong teamwork skills are essential.
Main Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Delivering food to tables efficiently
- Handling cash and card payments using the till/POS system
- Keeping the bar and restaurant areas clean and organised
- Restocking fridges, glassware and bar supplies
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Following health & safety and licensing regulations
- Working as part of a team during busy services, quiz nights, live music and events
Requirements
- Previous experience in bar and/or restaurant service is essential
- Confident working in a busy hospitality environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £10.00-£12.71 per hour
