Role Overview:
You will be responsible for handling both existing and new customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires you to manage a wide range of customer concerns, from product-related inquiries to delivery queries - liaising with our delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Existing Customer Queries:
- Resolve delivery issues and queries
- Handle cases involving damaged products
- Manage returns and refunds requests
- New Customer Queries:
- Provide order quotes and give product recommendations based on customer requirements
- Answer product-related questions
- Help with shipping queries
Skills and Competencies Required:
- Able to use different web platforms, experience in using Zendesk is ideal but not essential
- Strong Mathematics skills
- Great telephone manner
- Excellent writing and typing skills
- Friendly, personable, and professional demeanour
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks
- Develop full knowledge of our company, product features, and sizes, enabling you to provide accurate recommendations to customers
- Ability to respond to customer queries and issues in a calm, professional, and empathetic manner
- Proactive, with a strong focus on problem-solving
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Comfortable handling multiple customer queries at once
- Ability to communicate effectively with the production team and delivery partners on a daily basis
