The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Producing and analysing productivity data for the Tradeteam network on a daily and weekly basis.
- Monitoring compliance of internal, bespoke systems for up to 15 sites.
- Face to face problem solving with the operational team - dealing with system and equipment queries.
- Interpersonal skills - including inter-depot communication via phone, teams, and email.
- Ability to engage and contribute at all levels of operational hierarchy.
- Administration tasks required for operation.
- Time management and self-motivation to achieve operational deadlines.
