About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and personable Education Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a full 360° role where you’ll build strong relationships with schools and education professionals, match outstanding talent to the right opportunities, and play a key part in expanding our presence in the education sector.
Whether you’re an experienced education recruiter or a general recruiter looking to specialise, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop a long‑term, rewarding desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with primary, secondary and SEND schools
- Source, screen and interview education professionals (teachers, TAs, support staff)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy briefing through to placement
- Win new business and grow existing accounts
- Ensure full compliance with education safeguarding and regulatory requirements
- Hit and exceed agreed sales and KPIs
- Provide a high‑quality, professional service to both candidates and clients
What We’re Looking For
- Proven recruitment experience (education preferred, but not essential)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
- Organised, resilient and target‑driven
- Knowledge of safeguarding and compliance in education (or willingness to learn)
- A team player with ambition to progress
