Job Title: PSV Technician
Hourly Rate: £18 to £22 Per Hour DOE
Over time available
Shift: Monday to Friday
Hours: 2 week rota - 6am to 4:30pm & 12pm to 8pm
Location: Billingham, County Durham
A great opportunity for a skilled PSV Technician has come up for a client of mine in the Billingham area.
My client are a transport company with a sizable depot are looking to recruit a PSV Technician on a full-time basis.
PSV Technician:
- General service, maintenance and repair of public service vehicles
- Cope with the day-to-day pressures that a normal vehicle workshop brings
- Vehicle inspections
- MOT preparation / Presentation
- Correction of running defects
PSV Technician Skills Required:
- Possession of a full UK Driving licence is required
- Holding a Commercial Licence would be an advantage, however driver training can be provided
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualifications in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (Desirable)
- Will consider people from a light vehicle background
- Will consider people from HGV background
- Bus Mechanic / PSV Technician
