Learning Support Assistant

Now Education are hiring for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team and support one of our mainstream primary schools based in Leeds (LS9). The school is graded 'Good' by Ofsted and is looking for someone on a full-time and permanent basis with an immediate start date.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to teachers and students in the classroom to ensure an inclusive and effective learning environment.
- Assist with classroom activities to promote engagement and progress.
- Deliver one-to-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.
- Support students with additional needs including SEND.
Requirements:
- Previous classroom based experience.
- Relevant qualifications within Childcare or Education.
- The ability to maintain positive relationships with students and staff.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
