Our well established client based in Telford are seeking a dedicated and reliable PPT Driver to join their warehouse team on a full time temp to perm basis.
The successful PPT Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to the handling, storage, and distribution of goods.
This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate PPT (Powered Pallet Truck), safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload deliveries in line with health and safety guidelines.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Move, stack, and store products in the correct locations.
- Carry out regular equipment checks and report any issues.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
- Follow all company policies and health & safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid A2 PPT licence (external NOT in-house)
- Proven experience using PPT equipment.
- Good level of physical fitness – able to lift and move stock.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines.
Shifts Available:
- Rotating shift 9am-5pm and 5pm-1am
- £13.11p/h - £16.39p/h
