We have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to join our successful team at our busy Lansdowne office.
Responsibilities:
Our Property Management Department in Bournemouth oversees an extensive portfolio of flats across Bournemouth, Poole, and the surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a Residential Block Manager, preferably with AIRPM/MIRPM qualifications, to manage a portfolio of approximately 40 apartment buildings.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Residential Block Management and be skilled in all aspects of managing a portfolio. Duties include conducting regular site visits, preparing and agreeing on service charge budgets, dealing with contractors and maintenance issues, and organising and attending Annual General Meetings and Board meetings.
The position requires an adaptable, confident, and flexible individual who can manage a busy workload. Applicants should be able to interact with the public in a friendly yet firm manner and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Strong computer skills are essential, including proficiency with Property Management software.
Hours of Work:
Monday – Friday, 9am to 5.30pm with one hour unpaid break for lunch. Lunchtime is to be arranged in conjunction with other members of staff to enable the office to remain staffed.

Holidays are at a scale of 20 days per annum for the period 1 January to 31 December on a pro-rata basis per number of completed months. Holiday entitlement increases to 21 days per year from the January following 2 years continuous employment, with one additional day per year, up to a maximum of 25 days.
