Recruit UK is working with a respected Financial Planning firm in West Yorkshire that is looking to appoint a Wills & Trusts Administrator to join its legal department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised Wills & Trusts Administrator who enjoys working in a client focused environment and supporting a busy team with a broad range of administrative and client servicing duties.
This role is suitable for both junior and experienced candidates, provided that you are currently working within a Legal Administration support role.
The Role – Wills & Trusts Administrator
You will provide administrative support to the Private Client team, helping to ensure work is managed efficiently while delivering a high standard of service to clients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Writing Wills & Trust letters
- Dealing with Probate procedures
- Writing LPA letters (Lasting Power of Attorney)
- Office Public Guardian registrations and competencies
- Preparing client documentation and correspondence
- Opening and maintaining accurate client files
- Liaising with clients and third parties professionally and efficiently
- Handling incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
- Ensuring all records are maintained in line with compliance and data protection requirements
- Assisting with document preparation, scanning, filing and general office administration
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous administration experience within legal, professional services or financial services
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and client service skills
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and case management or CRM systems
- A professional and approachable manner
