Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer required in Bromley
My client is a highly reputable maintenance contractor who is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. Responsible for reactive maintenance work for various clients. Carrying out quoted repair or quotes raised from reactive work.
Duties:
- Undertake repair and maintenance of the building fabric and services as required
- Manage and undertake improvement projects as required
- Work with production teams around PPM and breakdowns. Undertake planned maintenance as required and directed
- Supply Services estimating team with quote information requests by deadlines required
- Complete all work in a safe manner
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Effective computerised PPM planning skills
- Must be flexible and able to work to tight deadlines
- Personable, confident, and able to work alone without supervision
- Must be proactive in seeking out potential problems
Skills & Experience:
- Maintenance 1 year (preferred)
- Ideally mechanical and electrical qualifications
- A determined, self-motivated attitude
