Operations Manager – Ductwork / Building Services
Location: Bristol
Salary: Competitive (DOE)
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple ductwork, HVAC and building services projects.
This is a senior leadership position offering the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of an established and expanding contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing project delivery across multiple sites
- Managing operational teams and resources
- Monitoring project performance and profitability
- Supporting business growth and strategic planning
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Driving operational excellence across the business
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager or Senior Contracts Manager role
- Background within Ductwork, HVAC, M&E or Building Services
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- Full UK Driving Licence
