Location: Bristol - mobile cleaner role, with our Head Office in Clifton, BS8 as your base.
Pay: £12.75/hr (+mileage if driving) → £13.25/hr after successful 12-week probation period. Bonuses also available - up to £50 per month and up to £50 per quarter.
Hours: two options - EITHER 25-30+ hours per week (5 shifts each week) OR 12-18 hours per week (approx. 2-3 shifts each week) | This cleaner position is rota-based, including weekends.
Shift timings: Shifts for cleaners start in the morning around 8am-10am, finishing by maximum 6pm or earlier (shift duration is usually around 6-8 hours).

About the Cleaner role:
Join our friendly Quarter Short Lets property cleaning team! As a mobile property cleaner, you’ll travel from our Clifton base to clean a mix of short let properties (shared properties with basic studio rooms and communal facilities, within large Georgian properties) and Airbnbs - from city apartments to cosy cottages and grand townhouses. - Option 1: Working 25-30+ hours per week, over 4-5 shifts to a rota basis (including regular weekends)
- Option 2: Working 12-18 hours per week, over 2-3 shifts to a rota basis (including regular weekends)
- Mobile role - cleaning short let rooms / communal spaces as well as Airbnb properties around the central Bristol area as assigned on the rota - working independently and with others
- Deep cleaning to a set schedule
- Carrying laundry bags in and out of properties
- Reporting any property maintenance issues to the manager
- Checking for extra tasks required at the property that day and carrying them out
- Your 'base' will be our friendly head office building in Clifton. From there, you'll head out to clean various properties - either driving yourself around, or buddying up with one of our existing driving cleaners to get to the properties

As a cleaner, you’ll need:
- An eye for detail & pride in your work
- Reliable, resilient and independent character
- Good people skills - able to interact confidently and politely with any guests and tenants you cross paths with
- A driving licence (ideal but not essential)
Driving cleaners may use their own vehicle or may have use of our company electric van. Non-driving cleaners will either buddy up with drivers to get around the properties, or will have Ubers arranged by the supervisor. Some properties are also a walkable distance from your base at head office!
