The role of Field Services Manager:
- Manage a team of field engineers
- Oversee service delivery and handle technical escalations
- Support customers across a Managed IT environment
The ideal Field Services Manager:
- Previous IT Team Lead, Field Services Lead, or Technical Support Manager experience
- Strong Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune knowledge
- Windows Server and networking experience
- MSP or Managed Services background
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
