We are seeking a motivated, proactive and dynamic Sales Representative to join our sales team. You get your basic pay PLUS very lucrative sales bonus scheme to encourage your hard work. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service, consistently following up your leads and nurturing your pipeline and the ability to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with clients, understanding their needs and future career ambitions, and providing tailored solutions.
Duties
1. Conduct direct sales of education products/services through sales leads given and generating own sales leads as well through referrals, friends and family referrals, event-based, and on-site approaches etc.
2. Identify potential customers (students, or parents,) and present tailored solutions.
3. Convert leads into enrolments by guiding prospects through the admissions or sign-up process.
4. Attend local and regional education events, school visits, and open days to generate leads and promote offerings.
5. Maintain a strong understanding of the institution's academic programs, and admission requirements.
6. CONSISTENTLY Follow up with potential leads via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to ensure sales conversion.
7. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
8. Accurately maintain CRM records, report on daily/weekly activities, and update sales pipelines.
9. Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to align sales strategies with campaigns.
10. Represent the institution in a professional, ethical, and positive manner at all times.

Pay: £24,420.00-£85,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
