The new showroom gives customers the chance to see our products up close, ask questions, and get honest advice. We're looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Consultant to join the team—someone who’s confident talking to customers, has a good eye for detail, and is focused on helping people while hitting sales targets.
The Role:
As a Sales Consultant and Product Specialist, your main job is to help customers choose the right radiator and provide a straightforward, stress-free experience. You’ll also play a key part in growing the showroom’s performance—by meeting weekly sales targets, driving customer interest, and supporting day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting and talking to customers in the showroom, understanding what they need, and helping them find the right product
- Using your product knowledge (we’ll train you) to give clear, confident advice
- Taking and processing orders accurately, both in person and over the phone
- Working towards personal and store sales targets—with a monthly bonus available when these are met
- Encouraging satisfied customers to leave online reviews—with additional incentives for verified positive feedback
- Managing in-store collections and handling stock, including some lifting
- Keeping the showroom clean, well-stocked, and easy for customers to browse
- Keeping records up to date and working with Head Office to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who’s comfortable in a sales environment and enjoys helping customers make buying decisions
- A good listener who can explain things clearly and build trust quickly
- Confident, reliable, and motivated to hit personal targets
- Organised, tidy, and happy to get hands-on with physical tasks like lifting heavy stock
- Retail or customer service experience is ideal—especially if you’ve worked with sales goals before—but we’re open to the right attitude and approach
- Available to work 14 hours per week, including Saturdays, with some flexibility for other days
