We’re looking for an Asset Allocation Analyst to join our London-based CIO Office and help drive portfolio performance through insightful macro analysis, innovative asset allocation, and client-focused investment solutions.
What You’ll Do
As an Asset Allocation Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality investment services across multiple products. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and communicate actionable investment ideas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver a cohesive global investment and economic outlook
- Supporting strategic asset allocation using quantitative models and qualitative insights
- Presenting investment themes and ideas to drive portfolio decisions
- Conducting targeted macroeconomic and market research
- Engaging in client presentations, webinars, and strategic discussions
- Supporting portfolio managers in construction and documentation
- Promoting a strong compliance culture and adhering to regulatory standards
What You’ll Bring
We’re seeking a candidate with:
- A university degree (or equivalent) and CFA Level 1 (or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience in investment strategy, portfolio management, and asset allocation
- Proven expertise in multi-asset investment products
- Understanding of, and/or experience in, integrating AI tools into a central investment process
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to create and maintain quantitative models
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- A collaborative mindset and intellectual curiosity
- Deep understanding of financial services regulations and compliance
