A reliable, hardworking, friendly team player to join our small team on a professional dressage training and breeding yard in the Competition Barn.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has very high standards. The role includes all day to day care of 6-10 ridden horses, tacking and untacking, cleaning of tack and equipment, and maintaining the stables and facilities. Hacking, lunging, schooling and competing are a possibility for a suitably experienced candidate.
Confidence handling fit competing horses and youngsters is essential. Experience of travelling with horses and grooming at international competitions to include plaiting up, trimming, bandaging etc is essential. HGV license would be beneficial but not essential.

Training available for all aspects to develop skills. This role includes working 5 days a week including at least one weekend day, but extra hours maybe required in the busy competition season, so some flexibility will be needed.
There may also be times where you are required to cover occasionally on our Stud yard. Preferably live in - lovely accommodation available. We are looking for a great team player, with a love for the horses and who wants to be part of an ambitious team which is fast developing and achieving results.
