About Us
The Spicy Biker is an independent Indian street food kitchen serving bold flavours, fresh food and great customer service. We are a small, hardworking team that takes pride in what we do. Our environment is fast-paced, friendly and supportive, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a growing local business.
The Role
We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team.
Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential. What matters most is a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking food & drink orders
- Serving food & drinks
- Clearing tables & collecting plates
- Cleaning & resetting tables for the next customers
- Handling customer enquiries in a friendly & professional manner
- Supporting the kitchen team if required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
- Helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers

Hours & Flexibility
Our busiest periods are evenings and weekends, so successful applicants should be available for evening and weekend shifts.
Typical operating hours include:
- Wednesday: 4pm–10pm
- Thursday: 4pm–10pm
- Friday: 4pm–10pm
- Saturday: 11am–10pm
- Sunday: 4pm–10pm
We publish rotas in advance and do our best to accommodate holidays, education commitments and other responsibilities wherever possible.
Pay & Progression
Starting pay will be based on age, experience and the applicable National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage rate.
We regularly review performance and provide opportunities for increased responsibility and pay progression for team members who demonstrate reliability, commitment and a positive attitude.
