We’re now looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at The Noble and The Clubhouse and support the continued growth of our food offering.
About the Role
As Sous Chef, you’ll be a key part of the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You’ll support the Head Chef with prep, service, menu execution, and maintaining high standards across the board. You’ll also play a big part in coaching the wider team, ensuring service runs smoothly and consistently even during busy weekends.
This is an exciting opportunity for a chef looking to step into a leadership role where their ideas, standards, and passion for great food genuinely matter.

- Strong experience in a busy kitchen environment.
- Ability to lead a service and support junior team members.
- High standards for prep, organisation, cleanliness, and consistency.
- A calm, positive and professional attitude during busy periods.
- Confidence with stock control, waste management and kitchen routines.
- A genuine passion for fresh food, teamwork, and hospitality.
