Requirements of our Wood Machinist / Bench Joiner
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Bench Joinery or Wood machinery
Minimum 3 Years experience in a workshop environment
Full UK drivers license
Experience and knowledge of typical woodworking machinery.
Responsibilities of our Wood Machinist / Bench Joiner .
Punctual
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to works as part of a team as well as taking own initiative when working independently
Safe use of typical woodworking machinery (cross cut, rip saw, planers, spindles and tenoners etc.)
Understanding of CNC capabilities. Training and support provided if desired.
Experience on CNC a bonus but not essential.
Ability to to assemble, finish and glaze joinery products to a high standard.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £17.50-£22.00 per hour
