About the Role
We are an established, high-growth recruitment and business solutions company, Satellite Teams, currently expanding our franchise and business development footprint into the United Kingdom market.
We are seeking an experienced Franchise Recruitment Executive (B2B) to lead the growth of our franchise network across the UK. In this fully remote role, you will engage with senior corporate professionals, consultants, and executives exploring business ownership opportunities as we scale our international presence.
You will manage the full consultative sales cycle, guiding high-quality candidates from initial enquiry through to franchise onboarding and contract signing.
This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in complex, long-cycle B2B environments and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Engagement & Qualification
- Manage and qualify inbound franchise enquiries from experienced corporate professionals across the UK.
- Build strong relationships with prospective franchise partners and guide them through a structured recruitment journey.
- Assess candidate suitability based on experience, goals, leadership capability, and financial readiness.
Consultative Sales & Advisory
- Conduct virtual consultations to present the franchise opportunity, business model, and revenue potential.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition, including operational support, brand positioning, and scalable income streams.
- Address questions related to ROI, financial expectations, and long-term business growth.
Candidate Evaluation
- Review candidate backgrounds, career history, and business plans.
- Ensure alignment between candidate capability and franchise success requirements.
- Support strategic decision-making for both candidates and internal leadership.
Discovery Events & Presentations
- Host and facilitate virtual Discovery Days, webinars, and structured information sessions.
- Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the franchise opportunity and UK expansion strategy.
Market & Territory Development
- Guide candidates through UK territory mapping and market potential analysis.
- Provide insight into regional opportunities and growth viability.
Pipeline & Deal Management
- Manage prospects through a multi-stage sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
- Work closely with internal leadership and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.
RequirementsExperience
- 4–5+ years of experience in franchise recruitment, executive search, or high-value B2B consultative sales.
- Proven track record of managing long, complex sales cycles with senior professionals or business owners.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident discussing financial performance, business models, and ROI.
- Excellent virtual presentation and communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working remotely in a structured sales environment.
- Proficient with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK for key events, exhibitions, or leadership meetings.
