We are now looking to recruit an experienced and competent Digital Templater (Laser Worktop Templating) to work in the field, working with clients to accurately template their new worktops and then liaising closely with the business to ensure they are manufactured to the correct specification
Digital Templater (Laser Worktop Templating) - on the road - Middlesbrough area - Full Time - Permanent - £35k to £45k per annum

The Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail‑driven Digital Templater to join our team. You’ll visit customers’ homes to carry out laser worktop templates, ensuring every measurement is precise and compliant with our technical standards.
You’ll be a key part of the customer journey — providing expert advice on site, ensuring smooth communication, and guaranteeing the highest-quality template before production.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out accurate laser templates using approved digital equipment.
- Ensure templates meet Gemini Worktops’ technical guidelines and tolerances.
- Liaise with customers to confirm design details, manage expectations, and provide professional on‑site advice.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams including Customer Resolutions and Technical.
- Submit complete template files, photos, and documentation within required timeframes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and safety on every job.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in digital templating, laser templating, or solid surface/stone industry roles (essential).
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions on site.
- Confident communicator with excellent customer-service skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
