We’re on the lookout for an experienced bar team member to join our friendly, hard-working crew at our Pub Café & B&B in Aston. We’re a proper local, loyal regulars, busy match days, and a team that looks out for each other.

The Role
This is a hands-on bar role, fast paced pub on match days, when things can get lively. You’ll be serving drinks, keeping the bar running smoothly, and helping create a great experience for customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serving beers, spirits, wines, and soft drinks
- Handling busy service during match days & private parties
- Opening and closing the bar, including cleaning and restocking
- Keeping the bar area clean, tidy, and safe
- Working as part of a team to keep everything running smoothly
- Following health, safety, and licensing rules
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bar or pub experience (essential)
- Good knowledge of drinks and bar service
- Comfortable working in a busy, noisy environment on match days
- Reliable, friendly, and a good team player
- Available for weekends and match days
- Preferably EPOS experienced
The Details
- Pay: £12.71 per hour
- Hours: Part-time – 18 hours per week over 3 days (extra hours available to cover holidays & sickness)
- Shifts: Weekends & match days required
