We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based in, this role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our clients' premises. As part of our employee-owned company, you will contribute to a culture that values quality and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards for quality and safety.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for clients.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Support team members to achieve daily cleaning targets.
- Uphold the company's values of respect, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures.
- Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning environments.
