Our Farmshop offers a carefully selected range of local artisan produce, alongside our famous berries, and also operates as a busy café seven days a week.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Farmshop Manager to lead our team and oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Farmshop
- Lead, motivate and support the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure staff productivity and maintain high operational standards
- Monitor efficiency across all processes and identify improvements
- Manage stock, ordering and general business organisation
- Create a positive, friendly and productive working environment
- Meet regularly with senior management to discuss business updates, challenges and opportunities
- Help drive the business forward and achieve key goals
About You
- Previous hospitality management experience is essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Friendly, positive and adaptable attitude
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Passion for customer service and team development
- Able to commute to or relocate to Inverurie AB51 0BB
