Role overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across designated areas such as reception, consultation rooms, procedure areas, clinical back of house and offices, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a professional setting while gaining valuable experience in cleaning services. Immediate start required.
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Shifts:
Monday - Friday 05:30 - 08:30
Potential 3 hours overtime on a Saturday.
Duties:
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and other facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Disinfect surfaces, trash removal, and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Adhere to the scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks within designated timeframes
Skills:
- Prior experience in cleaning is essential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to cleaning practices is a plus
