Building Services Facilities Technician – Belfast
We’re hiring a Building Services Facilities Technician for a permanent role at a key client site in Belfast.
You’ll support site improvement projects, minor works, and day-to-day building services, including fault finding, contractor coordination, and BEMS monitoring.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong fault-finding skills across HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building services systems
- Knowledge of compliance and planned maintenance
- Experience managing subcontractors and safe systems of work
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
