Duties:
- Maintain, service, and repair a broad range of vehicles to the highest standards
- Conduct routine and complex repairs ensuring first-time fix rates are achieved
- Complete MOT testing in compliance with regulations
- Accurately diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing outstanding service and technical advice
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Keep accurate records of work carried out for compliance and quality assurance
Requirements:
- Formal automotive qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Automotive Engineering
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or independent garage
- Own tool kit for diagnostics and repairs
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault diagnosis and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work
