We are currently recruiting for a Level 2 and 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join our friendly and dedicated team at our brand new nursery in Rugeley.
We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and exceptional Level 2/3 Practitioner who is committed to delivering the highest standards of childcare. We have multiple part time and full times roles across all rooms due to the expansion of the nursery.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager and colleagues to support the day-to-day running of the nursery. You will play an essential role in providing high-quality childcare for both children and families, ensuring compliance with Ofsted requirements and fully embedding the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) within a stimulating, nurturing, and engaging environment.
Our nursery caters for 41 children aged 0–5 years.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30am–6:00pm, on a rota/shift pattern basis.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine passion for early years education
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
- A commitment to achieving the highest standards of childcare and education
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare and Education (or equivalent)
- At least three years’ post-qualification experience working with children
- A sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A good understanding of the Children Act 2004 and Childcare Act 2006
- The ability to work collaboratively alongside the Nursery Manager in daily nursery operations
