Production Operator to join a busy timber manufacturing environment in
Buckingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and dependable Production Operator who enjoys hands-on work and wants to be part of a fast-paced production team in Buckingham. The role is based in Buckingham within a busy workshop producing high-quality timber products.
As a Production Operator, you will be working as part of a skilled team manufacturing bespoke timber components to a high standard.
Key duties for the Production Operator:
- Operate timber machinery safely and efficiently
- Measure, cut, and assemble timber components accurately
- Use hand tools including nail guns and other assembly tools
- Carry out basic maintenance checks on equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe working area in Buckingham
- Support general production and workshop tasks
The Production Operator role requires previous experience using hand tools such as nail guns, along with a strong work ethic and good attention to detail. You should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and willing to learn new skills as a Production Operator.
Pay & Benefits:
- £13.21 (£12.71 per hour plus £0.50 production bonus if you work full week)
- Stable full-time Monday to Friday hours
- Temp to perm opportunity
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday 7.30am -5pm, Friday 7.30am – 11.30am
