About MIYARD Eco-Care
We're a growing commercial cleaning company delivering high-quality cleaning services to residential blocks, communal areas and commercial properties across London. We value reliability, attention to detail and professionalism — and we build long-term working relationships with our contractors.
What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning communal areas, lobbies, corridors, stairwells and lifts
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
- Dusting, wiping surfaces, cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
- Bin store and refuse area cleaning
- Following site-specific cleaning schedules and checklists
- Reporting any maintenance issues identified on site
What We're Looking For
✅ Self-employed and registered with HMRC (or willing to register)
✅ Reliable and punctual — this matters most to us
✅ High attention to detail and professional appearance
✅ Able to work independently and manage your own time
✅ Previous cleaning experience (preferred, not essential)
✅ Right to work in the UK
✅ Basic spoken English
Desirable (not required): commercial cleaning experience, driving licence and own vehicle, experience in residential developments or offices.

Please Note
This is a self-employed contractor role. You will be responsible for your own tax and National Insurance contributions. You must be registered as self-employed with HMRC, or be willing to do so before starting.
