Support Worker
Clifton Hill, Exeter
22.5 hours per week
Salary £15,742 per annum (FTE £26,237)
We have an exciting opportunity to join the supported housing team in Exeter, supporting people with mental health diagnoses to stay well, be active, engage with the local community and maintain their accommodation. The role will involve support planning, risk assessing, liaising with Community Mental Health Teams and other agencies as well as some basic housing management.
We are looking for a confident Support Worker to work at the project on a rota basis between the hours of 8am to 8pm. A variety of shifts available 8am to 4pm, 10am to 6pm and 12pm to 8pm Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts.
This is a supported housing role that offers accommodation to a specific customer group, there is no personal care involved but we are looking for empathic & people focussed support worker who work in a strength-based way to help our customers to keep their homes, stay well and move on into their own independent homes when appropriate.
