Zen Educate is currently recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants and Support Staff to work across specialist schools, SEN provisions and mainstream settings throughout Bath & North East Somerset, North Somerset and Somerset.
We have flexible opportunities available immediately and for September 2026, including:
- Daily supply work
- Short-term assignments
- Long-term placements
- Full-time and part-time roles
- One-to-one support roles
- Classroom and intervention support positions
We are looking for people with experience supporting:
- Autism (ASC/ASD)
- ADHD
- SEMH
- Speech & Language Needs
- Moderate & Severe Learning Difficulties
- Complex Needs & PMLD
- Behavioural needs
- Social and emotional support
Suitable for:
- SEN Teaching Assistants
- Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)
- Behaviour Mentors
- Support Workers
- Youth Workers
- Care Workers with transferable skills
- Psychology or Education graduates
- Anyone with experience supporting children or vulnerable young people
