The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with mortgage applications and administrative tasks
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Candidates with previous experience in the financial services industry are preferred
- CeMap or alternative financial qualifications preferred but not essential
Key responsibilities
The Mortgage Paraplanner and Administrator will be responsible for supporting mortgage advisors, preparing and submitting mortgage applications, conducting research, and managing client documents. Daily tasks will include liaising with lenders, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met, and providing exceptional client service through effective communication and follow-ups.
