Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated to oversee our hard scaping landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape and construction, with the ability to run the site when I am not on site This role involves daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols on-site. The Landscape foreman will play a key role in delivering high-quality outdoor environments for our clients while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Ideal candidate will have digger, roller, leveling experience in block paving, tarmacing, slabbing etc
Most of the work is based In St Neots, Cambridgeshire
Also a driving license

Skills
- Be able to set out driveways and patios when needed
- experience in block paving, laying of porcelain slabs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead
- Good organisational skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of construction practices relevant to landscaping projects
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and operating machinery safely
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively
