Heathview Rose Care Home
We’re excited to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new care home, Heathview Rose, in April 2026. As we prepare to welcome our first residents, we’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and help establish a safe, nurturing, and high-quality care environment from the very beginning.
As a Registered Nurse , you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding clinical care. You’ll work closely with care assistants and other team members to ensure continuity of care and a calm, reassuring presence throughout the shift.
Duties of the Registered Nurse
- Assess and monitor residents' health status, including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement resident care plans.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for residents by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, utilising critical thinking skills to make informed decisions.
Experience of the Registered Nurse
- A valid nursing qualification with current registration as a Registered Nurse.
- A valid NMC registration.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, demonstrating proficiency in resident care.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to medication administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A caring attitude towards patients, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
