Contract: Zero-hour | Flexible shifts available across all 3 days
Pay Rates:
- Ages 16-17: £8.00 per hour
- Ages 18-20: £10.85 per hour
- Ages 21+: £12.71 per hour

We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Event Marshals to join our team for Malle Mile 2026 at the stunning Grimsthorpe Castle in Lincolnshire — a thrilling three-day motorcycle festival bringing together riders, fans, and unforgettable atmosphere from start to finish!
Your Role
As an Event Marshal, you'll be one of the friendly faces that makes the event run smoothly, with your role covering:
- Car parking — guiding vehicles safely and efficiently on arrival and departure
- Checking vehicles on entry to the site
- Scanning tickets and welcoming guests as they arrive
- Stewarding and marshalling — keeping guests safe, informed, and having a great time
- Providing outstanding customer service to everyone you meet, from attendees to visiting traders
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service skills — this is essential
- A friendly, approachable, can-do attitude
- Reliability and flexibility to work across the 3 event days
- Ability to stay alert, proactive, and calm in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
