Join a rapidly growing local cleaning company that’s redefining standards in commercial and School cleaning in Hemel Hempstead. We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Cleaning Manager to support our expanding network of sites.
What You’ll Do
- Travel between multiple client sites to deliver stock and supplies
- Provide cover for staff holidays and sickness
- Conduct quality checks to ensure cleaning standards remain consistently high
- Support and mentor cleaning staff to maintain excellence
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the company grows
What You’ll Need
- Access to reliable transport (essential)
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and leadership skills
- Flexibility and a can-do attitude
- Able to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 3:30-6:30pm. Term time only. Over time available during holidays.
