Location: Coventry
Service Type: Children’s Residential Home (EBD)
Number of Children: 2-bed home
Age Range: 8–17 years old
Contracted Hours: Average: 171 hours per month
Hourly Rate: £12.80 - £13.50 Unqualified / £14.00–£15.00 per hour depending on experience
Shift Pattern: 2 on / 4 off rota
Sleep-In Rate: £60 per sleep
Requirements:
· Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England) for qualified / senior roles
· Full UK Driving Licence
· Previous experience within a Children’s Residential Home
· Ability to lead shifts and support less experienced staff
· Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience working with children displaying emotional and behavioural difficulties
