Reporting to: Branch Manager
Dron & Dickson are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support branch operations and deliver a high standard of service to customers. This role plays a key part in coordinating the sales process, managing customer accounts, and supporting overall branch performance.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide a professional and efficient service to customers, suppliers and internal teams

Process quotations, sales orders and purchase orders accurately and in line with company procedures

Manage assigned customer accounts and identify opportunities to improve performance

Follow up quotations to maximise conversion and remain competitive

Expedite customer and supplier orders where required
-
Manage returns and non-conformances, ensuring timely resolution
-
Support tender submissions (ITT responses) and assist Business Development Managers where needed

Maintain accurate records and support ongoing system and process improvements

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues

Support continuous improvement across systems and processes

Undertake ad hoc duties as required, including occasional travel and networking

Qualifications-
Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent)

CompEx Foundation (preferred)
