Employment Type: Full-Time – 8 – 4pm

Salary: £17.55 per hour

About the Role:
anzuk Education is recruiting for an experienced and proactive School Administrator to work in a secondary school located in Ealing. We are looking for a candidate who is dedicated and hard-working with experience in a school office in the UK and an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
This is a long-term full-time role starting in September 2026. We will accept candidates with a maximum of a one week notice period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Look after the main school reception and handle general enquiries
- Greet visitors appropriately ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed
- Operate the school telephone system and manage the reception email inbox
- Support attendance monitoring processes and liaise with parents regarding student absence
- Maintain student records and provide admin support to the SLT
- Manage incoming and outgoing post
- Provide administrative support, including filing, word processing, and managing electronic communications
Requirements:
- Minimum two months of experience working in a school in the UK
- Enhanced DBS on the update or be willing to apply for one at registration with ANZUK
- Available ASAP for a full-time opportunity
