The Role
As a Tanning Consultant, you'll play an important part in creating a positive experience for every customer who visits our salon. Working alongside your colleagues, you'll help ensure the salon is welcoming, professional, and running smoothly while building lasting relationships with customers.
Every day is different, and you'll enjoy a varied role that combines customer care, product advice, sales, and maintaining the high standards Tanz is known for.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, friendly atmosphere
- Welcoming customers and helping them choose the right products and tanning options
- Working collaboratively with your team to provide an outstanding salon experience
- Processing sales and contributing towards individual and team targets
- Maintaining excellent salon presentation and cleanliness
- Completing daily administration and following salon procedures
- Supporting colleagues to ensure the salon operates efficiently throughout the day
Working Hours
- 2-3 shifts based in one of our salons in Lanarkshire to include evenings 4-10pm and a weekend shift
- 1-2 cover shifts to be allocated in advance
Total: 17-30 hours per week
Pay & Benefits
- £10.85 per hour (Under 21)
- £13 per hour (Age 21+)
- Fortnightly pay
- Uncapped commission (paid three times per year)

- Reliable, organised, and able to work on their own initiative
- Motivated to achieve sales targets while always putting the customer first
- Aged 18 or over
