About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Primary Teacher (QTS) to join a range of primary school settings. This role offers flexibility with both short-term and long-term assignments available, initially on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within the classroom, ensuring inclusive access to the curriculum and positive learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Support pupils with SEND through differentiated teaching and inclusive practice
- Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and wider school staff
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs
- Maintain strong behaviour management and safeguarding standards
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting
- A strong understanding of SEND and inclusive classroom practice
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Flexibility to work short-term or long-term assignments
