Administrator – Construction
Bell is seeking a motivated and experienced Administrator to support our growing team. This full-time, permanent, office based role is ideal for someone with strong admin experience looking to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase order processing, receipting and invoice queries
- Manage contract paperwork, sales, and orders using our ERP system
- Create and maintain contract files, issue staff contracts, and record holidays
- Control branch training records and bookings
- Assemble Health & Safety files and provide general office support
- Handle incoming calls and assist with admin tasks for the team
- Schedule appointments for our Maintenance teams and Surveyors
- Ensure compliance with fire standards, company processes and quality requirements
- Liaise with Residents, Clients, Operatives, Suppliers and Senior Management confidently
Essential Requirements:
- Solid administration background in a busy office environment
- Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Minimum GCSE Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Desirable Requirements:
- 1 years experience raising and receipting purchase orders
- Understanding of HR functions - onboarding, absence management etc
