Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Service Coordinator to oversee and optimise service operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong management, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and liaise effectively with clients. Fluency in English . Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily service operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Supervise and support service teams, providing guidance and leadership to optimise performance.
- Analyse service data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members in both English and Spanish.
- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow organisation to meet organisational targets.
- Monitor service quality standards and address any issues or complaints promptly.
- Develop training programmes for team members to enhance skills and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare detailed reports on service performance metrics for senior management review.
Experience
- Proven management or supervisory experience within a service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated analysis skills with experience in interpreting data to inform decision-making.
- Experience in supervising diverse teams, managing multiple priorities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in a senior coordination or similar role is preferred but not essential for highly capable candidates willing to learn.
