Glen Clova Estate is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Member to join our busy hotel, restaurant and wedding venue.
Set within the beautiful Angus Glens, no two days are the same. From breakfast service and evening dining to weddings and events, you’ll help deliver memorable experiences for our guests while working as part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and professional guest service
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Recommend menu items and upsell where appropriate
- Prepare drinks where required
- Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards
- Process payments and operate tills
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams
- Support weddings, events and busy service periods
- Restock supplies and maintain restaurant areas
- Follow food safety and health & safety procedures
- Support colleagues across departments where required
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with people
- Works well under pressure
- Has a positive attitude
- Is reliable and organised
- Can work evenings and weekends where required
- Hospitality experience is preferred but not essential as full training can be provided
