Capella Industrial are recruiting on behalf of a highly modern aluminium manufacturing business operating one of the UK’s most advanced extrusion facilities. Following significant investment and continued growth, they are now looking to expand their production team with experienced manufacturing operatives.
The Role
Working within the Aluminium Extrusion department, you will support the production of aluminium profiles from press start-up through to finished product within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Duties Include
- Operating and monitoring extrusion machinery
- Supporting tooling changes and press start-ups
- Carrying out quality inspections and checks
- Handling aluminium profiles safely throughout production
- Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards
- Supporting the wider production team
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within aluminium extrusion or plastics extrusion
- Strong mechanical awareness and practical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable team player with good attention to detail
