About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting a team of Support Workers while ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times. You will lead by example, empower individuals with a range of conditions to live fulfilling and independent lives, and ensure staff are supported to provide safe, compassionate, and effective care.

Shift Patterns
- Early: 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Late: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Waking Night: 10:00pm – 8:00am
Further information
- 3 week rolling rota, working 1 weekend out of 3 and working 4 shifts per week.
- Week day shifts - 8 hours
- Weekend shifts - 12 hours

- Work positively with individuals who may present behaviours of concern
- Follow and contribute to the development of person-centred support plans
- Participate in on-call and contingency cover as required

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a senior-level care role
- Experience and understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and Access Care Planning/Access People Planner. (desirable)
- Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
- Must have business insurance for car
- Ability to complete 1 sleep-in shift per week
- Ability to complete one on-call/on-hand shift per week to cover sickness/absence
- Ability to work alternate weekends
